Terms and Conditions - Personalised products
1. PERSONALISED PRODUCT ORDERS CAN'T BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be modified, cancelled or returned.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a personalised product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase. While in the order review page, just click any edit button (or pencil icon) and you'll be taken back to the customize and personalize screens to make your desired changes. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully on the REVIEW AND BUY screen because a custom product cannot be returned.
Your custom product is made to order just for you and we cannot accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly. Please contact customer service for information regarding a defective product and please provide photo of defective product.
3. PERSONALISED PRODUCT GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to refuse any requested personalization in regards to any of the following:
Your customization text cannot contain any profanity, which includes offensive language, slogans or acronyms deemed inappropriate, derogatory, or profane.
Custom designs can’t use third-party marks, athlete images, corporate logos or team logos.
Names of professional athletes and/or celebrities.
Any other trademarked marks, words or phrases.
Unauthorized use of Major League Baseball Team names.
NCAA licensed marks not already provided by The Special Gifts Family of Brands.
On any NCAA related custom product, the below exclusions apply (per the NCAA):
No Last Names
No references to current or former players/coaches
No school/team names
No use of the word "coach"
No player's numbers
No school slogans
By ordering you state your understanding and agreement that the personalization text entered is accurate and does not contain any restricted text, and that you own all rights, titles, and interest in any images or logos uploaded. Custom Products will go through an extensive Quality Control process. If any custom order has restricted language or names, the order will not be processed.
Please note that colours of the products listed on our site may not match the colour displayed on your screen, this is due to different computer, laptop, tablet and phone screens producing different colours.
4. SHARING YOUR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
You can share your personalised products to your friends what you just created and reveal to them your true genius! You can share your bat on Facebook, Instagram by clicking the appropriate icon on. This is also a great way to send someone a "hint" for the holidays or your birthday, or just because you're awesome.
5. ADD TO CART
Please double checked all of your customizations and personalisations and you're now ready to purchase! To begin, click the "Add to Cart" button from the Review and Buy screen. You will be directed to the cart where you will enter your personal details, payment option, billing and shipping information. Once your payment is accepted, your order will be sent to our factory where we'll start building your custom creation!
Your custom product will show its estimated shipping window in the cart and order review page. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. All custom orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes company. Shipping price will be calculate by weight and size.
Currently We provide just U.K. delivery services.
Delivery time 3-5 days (Monday-Friday).
7. PAYMENT OPTIONS
For Payments we use only secure services Nochex and PayPal payments system.
After payments confirmed we start prepotation your order. Look for an email when your order has been shipped.
If your credit card was declined while checking out your credit card may not be approved for the following reasons:
The name on the credit card does not match the billing name given
The billing address given does not match the bank records
If approval cannot be obtained during checkout, you will be contacted either by phone or email and the problem will be indicated. You will then be given an opportunity to provide corrected information. So, please take care when entering all personal and credit card details during checkout, as erroneous information may delay your order.
